GRRR!!! BRRR!!! Families - we will be releasing students 20 minutes early today because of the snow. We want everyone to take it slowly and be safe, so we are giving people a little bit of extra time to get home. I know that means everyone will need to adjust their schedules a little. Please contact the school if you have questions or concerns. Stay safe, Tigers!!!!

We were recently informed of a significant price increase in the cost of green coffee beans to our supplier, the Walla Walla Roastery. They have had to increase the cost of their roasted product to reflect and offset this inflation. This morning, the Tiger Buzz staff took some time to discuss this cost increase to us, and how we will need to adjust accordingly. I have attached the new pricing system that will take effect on Monday 2/10/2025. We continue to do our best to keep our prices as low as possible. Some of the ways we do this are by not charging extra for “alternative” milks, or for adding flavors to lattes and americanos. It is industry standard to charge a significant amount to add these “extras” to a drink, but we feel, especially with the milk, that people shouldn’t have to pay extra for their food allergies/sensitivities. As always, we appreciate your consistent support of our program and the constructive feedback you are always willing to provide to the student baristas as they improve their craft and business skills.
