Students will be dismissed from school on Monday March 16 at 12:30pm with school to resume Monday April 27. Grab and go meals will be provided starting Tuesday. Meals may be picked up at 8:30AM in Prescott and 9:30AM in the Vista parking lot. If you live more than a mile outside the meal delivery area and need food delivered to your home, please contact the school to arrange for delivery. If you are a first responder or medical professional and need childcare for your K-6 child so you can go to work, please contact the school (509) 849-2217.
Enrichment packets will be provided to students at the meal delivery locations beginning Monday March 23. They will also be available on-line. A special Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 17th at 5:00pm, in the board room.
Today Governor Inslee issued an emergency proclamation to close all public, charter and private schools in the state of Washington effective Tuesday March 17.
In an effort to aggressively slow the spread of COVID-19, the last day of school for Prescott students will be Monday March 16. School will be closed Tuesday March 17 until Friday April 24th. More information regarding access to student meals and daycare for identified groups will be announced soon.

Based on Governor Inslee’s recent press release, Prescott School District will remain open until further notice. We will continue to plan for an extended school closure and will provide additional information next week. Today, February 22 Prescott rooter bus will pick up students in grades 7-12 at Vista at 2:30pm and 3:00pm at Prescott. Students must have a note signed by a parent “My student permission to ride the rooter bus”, signed by parent and $7 entry fee.
District 9, Boys Basketball next game is Saturday, February 22, Prescott vs Garfield Palouse at 4:30pm at WWCC. Bus leaves at 2:15pm from Vista and 2:45pm from Prescott.
